Job Description Detail
- Assign work team members and establishes priorities.
- Develops policies and procedures
- Monitors work to insure accuracy and completeness and insures conformance to internal policies and procedures and purchasing rules and regulations.
-Resolves personnel problems monitors and maintains section budget and authorizes expenditures
- Resolves supply and vendor problems
- Partcipates in management decisions and staff supervision.
- Must have an administrative decisions make capacity and serve in leadership role with the
freedom to act on and implement the decisions made and must be recognized by other as having this authority
- Duties to include independently researching , compiling ,development, and summarizing material for reports on a frequent or recurring basis.
- Supervise with customes agents for customs clearance
- Supervise with customer on shipment status.
* Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB (depend on experience)
* Others:
- Working Time / Day : 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri (17Holidays without Sat/Sun)
- Increase salary 1time/year Bonus 1time/year
- Social security, Medical insurance
Required Experience/Skills Detail
- Thai Nationality
- Female only, age 32-37 years
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field
- At least 5 years experience working with in Air import logistics industry
- Previous supervisor and or leader experience perferred
- Result oriented
- Detail oriented
- Basic English skill in writing reading required to communicate with overseas offices
- Basic English speaking skill preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
