Job Description Detail

- Maintain 8x5 operation of security operation center service (SOC)
- Confirm open cases and support additional analysis & recommend action to be performed to SOC customers
- Coordinate with both customer and support vendor during incident (remote/onsite)
- Be window of SOC customers for incident inquiry support
- Be window of SOC customers for inquiry & change support escalation to SOC vendor
- Summarize list of SOC incidents happend and status for submission to customers periodically
- SOC customer's online account management
* Salary: Not over 40,000 THB (depend on experience)
* Working Day /Time : Mon - Fri
(4 Saturdays working day per year depend on customer's calendar)
* Allowance :
- Transportation fee 1,000 baht / month
- Provident fund
- Training & Development working skill
- Health Insurance (Include spouse and child for permanent employee)
- Dental Treatment fee (Additional form Social Security Fund)
- Accident Insurance
- Cafeteria welfare 5,000 baht per year
- Bonus pay on June & December.(Depend on performance and profit)

- Company trip and New Year party
- Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht. /day
- Yearly Health Check Up

Required Experience/Skills Detail

- Thai Nationality
- Male or Female
- Not over 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
- 3 years experience in 2nd tier customer support
- 2 years experience in Security Operation Center
- Cyber security incident analysis experience (Preferable)
- Computer incident response experience (Preferable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills"
- Good communication in English language.
- Additional skills as; Service operation, Computer Incident Response and Handling
- Ability to grasp situation based from limited information and make suggestion under logical assumption
- Have certificate Comptia Security+(Advantage
