- Assist Customer Service Manager and act as the main point of contact for the Customer Service department.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, QA, BOI, Warehouse, and external parties (customers, suppliers, freight forwarders).
- Handle daily operations: monitor team performance, oversee stock levels, check reports, and minimize escalations to higher management by solving problems independently.
- Manage logistics operations including customs clearance, shipment coordination, freight cost negotiation, warehouse cost management, and insurance claims.
- Troubleshoot shortages, delivery delays, and quality/quantity complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Prepare and manage documents: shipping instructions, customs clearance, sales reports, freight cost updates, slow-moving item reports.
- Plan and manage purchasing activities: forecast demand, analyze stock levels, create purchase plans, handle urgent/irregular orders, and prevent overstock/dead stock situations.
- Act as first point of escalation for delivery issues and propose solutions that balance cost and efficiency.
- Participate in staff management: recruitment, appraisal reviews, mentoring, salary/bonus evaluation, and team backup.
- Support continuous improvement activities such as ISO meetings, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement.
* Salary: Total 40,000 THB – 65,000 THB (Depend on experience)

- Proven experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics coordination (preferably in a trading/ anufacturing company).
- Strong knowledge of purchasing, import/export processes, and customs clearance.
- Good understanding of stock management and demand forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal departments and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and minimize escalation to higher management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle urgent and irregular requests.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is an advantage.
