รายละเอียดของงาน
- To check and prepare AR document for billing to local /oversea customers
- To liaise with customers who have invoice queries
- To assist in following up & chasing the payment w/local receivables and oversea agent (WHT)
- To prepare journal voucher for daily settlement
- To prepare confirmation letter to inform the credit term to credit receivables
- To review and clean up all pending invoices which are matched with credit notes
- To perform other duties and ad hoc project as assigned by the supervisor
* Salary: 20,000 - 50,000THB (Depends on experiences)
* Others:
Working Day/Time: Monday to Friday (08.30am-17.30pm)
-Probation (90 Days)
- OT (Not eligible for Manager level and above)
- Domestic Business trip allowance (One-day trip 200 THB/day, Overnight trip 400 THB/night)
- Working Style (Until further notice) = WFH policy is applicable and optional (0-5 days) depend on project, Employee who is new joiner (> 1 year experienced) is required to come onsite 100% during probation.
- OPD 2026 (Group Insurance: 2,000 THB/Time <Employee> and 1,000 THB/Time <Spouse & Children>)
- IPD 2026 (Group Insurance: R&B = 6,000 THB/Day, Hospital Service = 100,000 THB/Time <Employee, Spouse & Children>)
- Dental (Group Insurance: 5,000 THB/Year <Employee>)
- Life Insurance (Group Insurance: 160,000 THB <Employee> and 60,000 THB <Spouse & Children>)
- Provident Fund (Employer contributes 2%-5%, Employee can select 3%-15%.)
- Annual Leave (1st year: 6 days, 2nd year onwards: 10 days/year, increases by 1 day per year up to 5 years but Maximum: 15 days/year, Carry forward up to 22 days; excess can be encased
- Business Leave (7 days )
- Language Study (Japanese & English) = 50% support to the course after getting the certificate (Maximum not over 3,000 THB/Course for Japanese and 4,500 THB/Course for English). Total maximum shall not exceed 7,000 THB/Year.
- Birthday Leave = 1 day/year (Eligible for leave in your birthday’s month)
- Long Service Award (A monetary bonus granted to employees upon reaching 5, 10, and 20 year service milestones)

- Age 23-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience as Accounting in AR / Billing
- Understanding of Basic Accounting and Taxation principle
- Proficiency in English and well-versed in MS Office
- Japanese language or knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central program will be advantage
- High attention to detail and willing to learn for improvement
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks with efficiency and a sense of urgency
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management
