รายละเอียดของงาน
- Handle air export bookings, shipping instructions, and documentation with clients and overseas agents.
- Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, warehouses, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and review export documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.
- Record Sales & Cost in internal system and issuing INV and Payment requestion.
- Support sales to make quotations and customer requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with air transport and export regulations. (IATA, Customs, etc.)
* Salary: Total 30,000THB (Depend on experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri / 8:30 to 17:15
Bonus 1time/Year, Social security, Accident insurance, Medical checkup, Free uniform, Provident Fund, Full attendant allowance, Annual leave
ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Female/Male
- Age over 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Have experiences of handling Pharmaceutical business.
- Experience over 5 years in Freight forwarder business
- Have good knowledge Air export shipment which includes Airfreight, Custom clearance, inland transportation, Export Packing, issuing Form CO, JTEPA etc
- Good English communication
- Good PC skills in English MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, motivated ,Service mind person , able to work under more pressure Etc.
