To manage business parts process
- Update stock, forecast, oversea factory p/o, delivery status & monitoring
- Manage & follow up defect information between with oversea factory and customer
- Issue oversea p/o to each factory
- Follow up & update factory schedule Estimate time of departure, Estimated time of Arrival
- Update forecast each customer by weekly
- Update inabata mat' I price to PTM every 3 month
- To support all requirement as customer request
- To response and cooperate overall customer
- To manage customer service team and sales function response
* Salary: 44,000THB – 50,000THB (Depend on experience)
- Working Time / Day: 08:00-17:00 / Mon – Fri (Alternate on Saturday)
- Position fee 9,000 THB
- Bonus 2times/year (2.5% on 2020)
- Social security, Free Uniform, Free rice, Meal fee
- Company Bus, Provident fund, etc
- Thai Nationality
- Male / Female
- Age 35- 45 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree any filed.
- At least 8 years of experience in Customer Service or related field.
- Able to service mind people
- Able to work under high pressure
- Good command in English
