Operations Management
- Develop, execute, and monitor the overall production plan for the factory. Maximize production efficiency by strengthening collaboration between departments.
Quality & Cost Control
- Maintain and improve the quality management system based on standards like ISO/IATF 16949. Enhance cost competitiveness by optimizing production processes and reviewing raw material costs.
Safety & Environmental Management
- Ensure compliance with all legal and internal regulations to create and maintain a safe, accident-free work environment. Promote initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Talent Development & Organization
- Plan and implement employee training and development programs to boost motivation. Foster teamwork to improve overall organizational performance.
Strategic Contribution
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute strategies for achieving factory goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing methods.
* Salary: Negotiate (Depend on Experience and Position)

Working Day / Time : Mon to Fri / 8:30-17:30

- Thai Nationality
-Male/Female
- Age 45 to 55 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 15 years experiences in Manufacturing business
- Experienced in the automotive industry.
- Have experience forging process (Advantage)
- Have experience managing factory operations with a workforce of 300+.
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to communicate in Japanese(Advantage)
- Able to use Microsoft office product
