- Follow up policy from GA&HR Manager including target of GA&HR Section
- Preparation recruitment report
- Reparation training survey and training yearly plan
- Summary attendance report
- Budget subcontractor control including overtime
- Preparation GA&HR monthly report (Turnover rate report, Expense report, Attendance report etc.)
- Follow company rule and regulation by company policy
- Manage and control subcontractor
- Support internal audit ISO, and CB., audit
- Follow up and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, IATF, Etc.
- Review and check monthly yearly report concerned GA&HR concerned
- Control and manage company welfare of employee
- Conduct orientation schedule for new employee
- Manpower requested control
* Salary: 18,000THB - 30,000THB (Depend on Experience)
- Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:00-17:00
- Bonus 2 times/year
- Social security, Medical support, Diligence fee, free rice, position fee, provident fund, Company bus
- Thai Nationality
- Age 25 - 35 years old
- Female only
- Bachelor degree in faculty of Human resource management or related field.
- Experience More than 3 years in Manufacturing business.
- Control experience of HR.&GA (recruitment, training and general affair field.)
- Good skill and knowledge of GA&HR field
- Good knowledge about labor law and etc.
- Strong to control company policy and company regulation
- Good computer skill MS. Office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good relationship skill with employee
- Good trainer skill
- Can work under pressure, fast learning and multi task.
- Good command in English.
