1. Site & Facility Management (Head Office & Factory)
-Maintain, manage, and coordinate repairs for the site facilities (offices, factory buildings, parking lots, and welfare facilities such as the cafeteria and break rooms).
-Manage and arrange furniture, equipment, office supplies, and company vehicles.
-Select, negotiate, contract, and oversee daily operations with external facility contractors (cleaning, security, equipment maintenance, industrial waste disposal, etc.).
2. Health & Safety, Disaster Prevention, & Risk Management
-Assist in operating the Safety and Health Committee in compliance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and support the manufacturing division in workplace environment improvements (e.g., 5S activities).
-Formulate and update site-wide disaster prevention plans, plan and execute emergency drills, and manage emergency stockpiles.
-Support the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and serve as the main point of contact for emergency response.
3. Legal, Administrative, & Community Relations
-Manage filings, permits, and license renewals with relevant government authorities (police, fire department, Labor Standards Inspection Office, local government, etc.) based on the Factory Location Act and environmental/safety regulations.
-Serve as the main contact for the local community and residents, handle neighborhood association matters, and support CSR initiatives.
-Assist in organizing major company events (e.g., Shareholders' Meetings) and manage the revision and implementation of internal company regulations.
4. Purchasing & Cost Optimization
-Review and propose cost-saving initiatives for shared site supplies and facility-related expenses (utilities, telecommunications, maintenance costs, etc.).
-Optimize procurement workflows and manage supplier relationships.
5. Team Management & Process Improvement
-Assist the GA Manager with project progress control and budget management support.
-Provide guidance, coaching, and daily support to team members (staff, temporary employees, etc.).
-Drive Digital Transformation (DX) in general affairs operations (e.g., paperless initiatives, workflow digitization).
* Salary: 50,000 to 65,000 THB (Depend on skills and experience)

Working Time/Day: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (and Saturdays as scheduled by the company)

-30 to 43 years old
-Bachelor degree in any field
-Minimum 5 years of practical General Affairs (GA) experience in the manufacturing industry
-Basic understanding of facility management, occupational health and safety, and relevant laws/regulations (such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act)
-Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to act as an effective liaison between the manufacturing division (factory floor) and office departments
-Able to communicate in English
-Relevant certifications such as Health Officer, Safety Officer, Fire Safety Manager, or equivalent professional qualifications(Advantage)
-Able to communicate in Japanese(Big Advantage)
