- Team Oversight: Manage and develop the entire sales team for optimal performance.

- Industry Knowledge: Understand foundry and surface treatment businesses to better meet customer needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support sales initiatives and team development.
* Salary: 85,000 – 120,000 THB (depends on experience)

Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:30-17:15 (Saturday: once / twice a month)

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields to ensure technical understanding.
- Experience 10 years in Sales.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2up)
- Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and manage objections effectively.
- Ability to present effectively to executives and stakeholders.
- Quick decision-making and ability to adapt to changing market conditions..
