- Manage HR operations (payroll, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, policies)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and propose improvements
- Support expatriates (visa, tax, relocation)
- Oversee recruitment (job posting, interviews, agencies, selection)
- Handle employee relations (staffing issues, disputes, disciplinary actions)
- Plan workforce needs and personnel forecasts
- Support performance evaluation and employee development programs
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives
- Act as HRBP between management and employees; advise on HR policies and improvements
- Analyze HR data to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Manage GA operations (vendor contracts, office rental, office supplies, car rental)
* Salary: Total THB45,000 – 55,000 THB (Depend on experience)
* Others:
Working Day/Time Mon-Fri / 8:30am-17:30pm

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Age 30 to 35 years old.
- All genders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in HRM/HRD and administration (with expatriate support experience)
- Fluent English (oral & written); TOEIC 750
- HRBP experience or collaboration with business departments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving and improvement-oriented approach
- Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
- HR system experience is an advantage
