- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
- Supervise IT team and Safety and Environment team
* Salary: 70,000 to 80,000THB (Depend on experience)
* Others:
- WorkDay/Time: Mon to Fri/ 8:00-18:00
- Bonus depend on performance (about 0.5 to 1.5 months), Salary increase rate: about 3% per year
- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female
- Until around 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in relate field
- At least 5 years experience in HR filed.
- At least 3 years experience in Assistant manager up position
- Have working experience in Japanese company
- Able to daily conversation in English (Speak, Read, Write)
- Have strong knowledge of Thai labor law
- Have Safety/environmental experience
- Have knowledge IT
