- Implementing the overall need to determine when training is necessary to improve performance.
- Controlling training program in annual training plan.
- Orientation new comer.
- Summarizing training result and submit to department of skill development.
* Salary: Not over 40,000THB (Depend on experience)
- Working Time / Day : 08:00-17:00 / Mon – Fri (116 holiday/year)
- Increase salary 1time/year ,Bonus 1time/year, Social security
- Medical Support, Medical check, Provident fund, etc
- Thai Nationality
- Age 28 to 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related HR.
- At least 5 years working experience in HR
- Excellent skill for Microsoft Excel , Word , Power point
- Business level for English command (mail , writing , reading)
- Communication skill (especially imaginative faculty)
- Negotiation skill with outsiders
- Consideration for other
- Management suited to the occasion
- Presentation skill
- Internal Auditor skill (certificated by an external expert)
- Thai Law related labor Management , Provident Fund rule , SSO rule
- 5S Management (basic) , Safety Management (Basic)
- Knowledge of IATF16949
