- Plan and execute injection molding processes for new product launches.
- Set and adjust optimal molding conditions (temperature, pressure, injection speed, cooling time, etc.) based on product specifications, material properties, and mold characteristics.
- Analyze production data (e.g., cycle time, defect rate) and propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Investigate causes of molding defects (e.g., sink marks, flash, warp, short shots) and implement countermeasures.
- Develop molding technologies to support high-mix, low-volume production and new materials.

- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female
- Not over 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in related engineering filed
- At least 3years experience engineer in Injection Molding or process engineer
- Able to read/write in English
- Able to read drawing of Mold
- Able to use Microsoft product
- Good human relations, hospitable, diligent, patient, and a good attitude
- Able to communicate in Japanese(Advantage)
