- Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
- Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
- Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users
- Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches
- Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
- Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups
- Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need
* Salary: Not over 32,000 THB (depends on experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:30-17:30 (Flexible Working Hours)
(Some Sat/ According to Company Calendar)
- Transportation fee 1,200 baht / month
- Provident fund
- Training & Development working skill
- Health Insurance (Included spouse and child for permanent employee)
- Dental Treatment fee 3,000 baht/year (Additional form Social Security Fund)
- Accident Insurance
- Cafeteria welfare 5,000 baht per year
- Bonus pay on June & December. (Depend on performance and profit)
- Marriage Welfare, Funeral Welfare, New born Welfare
- Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht. /day
- Yearly Health Check Up

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

- Male or Female
- Age 25-28 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT field
- Experience & knowledge on M365
- Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
- Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users
- Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches
- Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
- Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups
- Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need
- Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to business users and stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
- Good command in English
