- Can do and Leader System analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol).
- Can do and Leader User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customer, escalate to proper parties if necessary).
- Create analysis document for the customer and management and explain customer manager.
- Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.
- Lead Operation and report manager periodically and improve operation & staff environment.
* Salary: 45,000thb ～90,000 THB (depend on experience)
- Work time: Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*(after05.00 is OT))
- Allowance : Shift Fee , Over time ,Health Insurance (Include spouse and child for permanent employee) , Dental Treatment fee (Additional form Social Security Fund) , Accident Insurance , Company trip and New Year party , Yearly Health Check Up
- Thai Nationality
- 26 to 36 Years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related fields.
- Experience 4-14 years in IT Support Field
- Can use Japanese as business level (speak& write&read).
- Good command of English and Japanese skill.
- Upper Japanese N2 or N1 level, TOEIC 650 above or Similar level
- University in Japan
- Experience with service desk business field will be advantage
- Experience with IT business field will be advantage.
- Experience with Information Security business field will be advantage.
