- PC provisioning, setup, and device lifecycle replacement, including Windows and Microsoft Office updates
- End-user IT support and troubleshooting, from initial triage to issue resolution
- Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices (e.g., printers)
- Managed access control through Active Directory groups, including role- and department-based permission design, access updates, periodic reviews, and removal of unnecessary privileges
- Managed patch management, including vulnerability monitoring, patch planning and deployment for PCs and servers, and post-deployment verification
- Performed OS and firmware updates, including pre-update impact and compatibility checks, configuration backups, post-update verification (network, VPN, policies, logs), and rollback in case of issues

Working time 07.00am-17.00pm (Monday - Friday)
Holiday (According to the company calendar)
Health insurance and provident fund enrollment will be provided after the probation period (119 days)

- Thai Nationality
- Female/Male
- Age 25-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in computer, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate information systems department or as an in-house systems engineer
- Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and administering file server access permissions
- Experience managing security patches for PCs and servers
- Experience in network operations and maintenance
- Hands-on experience in security operations (firewall experience required)
- A hands-on approach to IT operations without heavy reliance on vendors
- Ability to select practical solutions and prioritize stable operations in overseas offices with limited resources and constraints
