IT Support Engineer(IT Infra_Entry Level)

- Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail.                                   

- Logging  and Tracking the details of customer requests and problems as cases. 

- Control, escalate and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer's Service Level Agreement.  

- Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.                           

- Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to user, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.                                                                                                   

- Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, follwing service level agreement.                                                                                    

- Provide report to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests. - Other assigned by supervisor and project manage.

* Salary: 

- 17,000thb to 32,000 THB(depend on experience)

* Others:

- Work time : Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 12.00-21.00, Night shift: 21:00-9.00*(after05.30 is OT))

- Allowance : Transportation fee, Provident fund , Cafeteria welfare, Bonus pay on June & December, Marriage Welfare, Funeral Welfare, New born Welfare, Over time, Health Insurance (Include spouse and child for permanent employee) , Dental

- Treatment fee (Additional form Social Security Fund), Accident Insurance.

- Company trip and New Year party, Yearly Health Check Up

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

- Thai Nationality

- 23 to 35 Years old

- Male/Female

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering.

- New graduated is welcome or have experience 2-3 years or At least 2 years ecperiences in IT support and implementation or related field

- Have good knowledge in Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting/Operation System (Window Client/Server,Linux,Vmware) configuration and troubleshooting/Security, solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting/Internet, services configuration and troubleshooting. (Advance)

- Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSAwould be an advantage.
