- Answer Japanese customers in Japanese language for supports and enquiries
- Maintain and update the necessary information of the customer in the system/website with accurate details
- Follow up on customer requests/issues and escalate to the corresponding departments
- Publish news, announcements, status or updates to customers
- Manage content in the system’s Knowledge Base/FAQ/Help section
- Support business' direction by providing and recommend the most suitable products and services to the customers
- Reports to the management
* Salary: 50,000THB up (depend on experience and skills)
* Others:
- Working day / time : Mon to Fri / 8:30 to 17:30
- Social security, others
- Thai Nationality
- Under 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Excellent command of Japanese language (JLPT N2up)
- Have working experience over 2 years in related customer service
- Has experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or related fields is an added advantage
- Has experience in Business or Financial industry is an added advantage
- Has background in Sales is an added advantage
- Has a strong leadership and self-initiative
- Able to work on shift schedule
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel or Google Docs & Sheets
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Possess good service mind, patient, polite, ethical and has manners
- Fast, proactive, self-motivated and highly responsible
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure
