* Compliance
- Administer and provide support for compliance system and internal control system (including Risk)
- Management) IN ORDER TO ensure that comply to all internal and external laws and regulations.
* Legal Affairs
- Advise, Counsel and provide support for all activities related to all laws and regulations, Government sector IN ORDER TO ensure that all activities met the company's objectives and requirements and complied with Thai laws and other related regulations.
Government Sector Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external unit for Board of Directors
Meeting, Shareholder Meeting, and other company's business IN ORDER TO ensure that the results are align with business objective and complied with Thai Law and other related regulations.
Corporate communication and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Provide support for Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Activities) IN ORDER TO ensure that company has good relationship with the stakeholders.
* Salary: 30,000 THB - 50,000THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri 08:00AM-17:00PM
- Bonus 1 times/year average 4 months
- Company car (Rayong, Sriracha)
- Social security, Free Uniform, Home fee
- Group insurance OPD, Provident fund
