- Handle domestic customer service and client communication
- Manage orders, delivery scheduling, and follow-up
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for accurate delivery
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and domestic regulations
- Support inventory control and purchasing activities
- Communicate with overseas clients on orders and shipments
- Resolve customer issues promptly
* Salary: Total 28,000 THB or more (Depend on experience)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:00-17:00
- Bonus 2 times/year

- Bachelor’s degree in any filed.
- 2–5 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or export documentation.
- Fluent English (oral & written);TOEIC 750
- Knowledge of BOI and Bonded Warehouse regulations
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
