รายละเอียดของงาน
- Coordinate for Export Shipment process / Local delivery.
- Prepare and check shipping document / Sales Documents.
- Check and control finished goods status before loading / delivery
- Coordinate properly with freight forwarder and Inspection company to complete shipment on time.
- Coordinate properly with local transportation company to arrange delivery as per requested.
- Coordinate with supplier and follow-up the orders acknowledgement, shipment status and shipping docs.
- Additionally support Production Dept. to follow up import shipment and process customs clearance.
- Control and mange Logistic Dept. Equipment.
- Prepare update sales report for sales forecast, sales monthly, actual weight and quantity selling in each month and whole year.
- Other job that assigned from superior.
* Salary: Total 40,000THB to 50,000THB (Depend on experience)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri / 8:00 to 17:20
- Bonus 1time/Year, Social security, Work man compensation fund
- Accident insurance, Medical checkup, Free uniform
ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Male / Female
- Age 30 -40 years old up
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related.
- At least 3 years in general of Logistics (Import-export), Shipping Document or Sales Coordinator or Customer Service.
- Good command in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
- Basic PC skill, such as MS office
