- Support for QC, Accounting, Production, Production Control, and Inspection.
- Facilitate smooth communication and resolve conflicts between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage overall production schedules, quality control standards, and delivery deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and 5S initiatives to maximize production efficiency
- Analyze financial metrics to improve overall profitability
- Evaluate, mentor, and develop local department managers and supervisors
* Salary: 50,000-65,000 THB (Depends on experiences)
* Others:
Working time 08.00 - 17.00 (Monday - Saturday)
Social Security, Meal allowance, Transport allowance, Company Bus, etc.

- Thai Nationality
- Age 32 - 45 Years old
- Male / Female
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Over 5 years of Managerial experience in manufacturing and quality departments of Manager position up
- Having knowledge of Fastener is plus
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
