- Define and drive the annual marketing roadmap and long-term strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Manage the overall marketing budget and P&L to ensure effective ROI across ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing activities.
- Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from market analysis and concept development to nationwide product launch.
- Align Brand and Trade Marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and increase sales across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels.
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team by establishing clear career paths and talent development frameworks.
- Handle high-level negotiations with key stakeholders and manage complex business situations effectively.
* Salary: Total 180,000THB – 200,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 (Weekend off)

-Thai Nationality
- Female/Male
- Age 40 years and above
- Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, MBA, or related fields
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a Senior Marketing Management or Director role in the FMCG industry
- Strong expertise in Strategic Planning, Trade Marketing, and Market Data Analysis
- Proven leadership experience managing large and diverse teams
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and crisis management skills
- Professional fluency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
