-Managed the launch project for the new model and ensured it progressed according to the target schedule.
-Established quality control standards and prepared/compiled related documentation, including PPAP and APQP.
-Managed new product development plans in accordance with customer requirements.
-Conducted prototype trials and improved products and processes for mass production to ensure quality aligned with blueprints.
-Improved manufacturing processes to reduce production costs.
-Created and analyzed print samples and prototypes, and conducted mass production trials.
-Supported sample submissions to customers and assisted with customer audits.
-Hosted mass production kickoff meetings and handed over products to the production team.
-Performed other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
* Salary: 18,000THB -28,000THB (Depend on experience)
* Others:
Work Days: Monday to Friday (with alternate Saturday shifts)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Leave Benefits: Statutory leave provided (Sick Leave and Annual Paid Leave)

Allowances: Commuting allowance, Perfect Attendance allowance, and Lunch allowance

-Thai Nationality
-Male/Female
-23 to 30 years old
-At least 1year experience in New model engineer or related
-Proven experience in product design, as well as prototyping and development of new models.
-Strong understanding of APQP and PPAP processes.
-Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
-Knowledge of plastic injection molding and mold structures.(Advantage)
-Able to commute by yourself
