- Installing/removing molds and starting up injection machines
- Adjusting molding conditions (temperature, pressure, and injection speed)
- Identifying and resolving defects like flash, short shots, or silver streaks
- Improving cycle times and yield rates
- Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance for molds and machinery
- Managing resin selection, drying status, and mixing ratios
* Salary: Negotiate (Depend on skills and experience)
* Others:
Working Day/Time: Monday ~ Friday (08.30am ~ 5.30pm)
Holiday relies on company callender

-Thai nationality
-Male or Female
-Age 25~35 years old
- No educational background required
- At least 3 years of experience in Plastic Mold Injection field
-Japanese required (JLPT N3 up)
- Deep understanding of plastic materials and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting
