- Develop production plans, establish policies, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production meets targets
- Check and control the quality of products to ensure they meet the specified standards
- Manage and take care of the resources used in the production process, including machinery, equipment, and manpower
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to be more efficient, reduce costs, waste, and reduce downtime
- Identify and resolve problems that may arise during production in a timely manner
* Salary: Total 35,000 to 40,000THB (Depends on experiences)
* Others:
Working day / time: Monday-Friday / 7:30-16:30 (Have work on Saturday)

- Thai Nationality
- Age 34 - 38 Years old
- Female
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in Metal Processing or Automotive Parts filed
- Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3)
- Knowledge of metal processing and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD (Advantage)
