-Set KPI goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets and control educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving.
-Always reporting, contracting and consultation.
-Employee safety considerations, compliance with company and adherence to rules of social norms
* Salary: Total fixed income 60,000 THB - 80,000THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:00-17:00
Bonus 2 times/year,
Social security, Medical support, Diligence fee, free rice, position fee,
provident fund, Company bus
ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
-Thai Nationality
-Age more than 40 years old
-Male/Female
-Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
-Experience in production engineering management level in Electronics or Automotive Business including new model
- More than 3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component or automotive manufacturing
-Experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Product (If any)
-Experience in manufacturing cost control.
-Management skills and solving problem tasks
-Able to cooperate with another section
-Good personality and strong leadership
-Good Command of English
-Have responsibility, can work under pressure.
-Can use AutoCAD and Auto-CAM
