รายละเอียดของงาน
- Plan, control, and manage production processes to achieve targets in quality, cost, and delivery
- Supervise spoiler painting operations to ensure compliance with work standards (WI / SOP)
- Analyze and improve production processes to reduce defects and enhance productivity
- Oversee machine and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions
- Coordinate with related departments such as Quality Control, Production Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Plan and develop subordinates' skills to improve team performance and work efficiency
- Control the usage of materials, paint, and consumables to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare production reports, analyze problems, and propose improvement plans to management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 management system requirements
* Salary: 50,000 THB~ (Depends on skill and experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Sat, 08:00-17:00 (According to Company Calendar)

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality.
- Male or Female
- Age 40~45 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production management within the automotive or auto parts industry (Especially painting)
- Strong knowledge and experience in robot and manual painting processes.
- Ability to manage production operations in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards
- Good understanding of quality control, process improvement, and production cost management
- Excellent planning, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer literacy and production-related software
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
- Have knowledge of manual and robot Painting
- English or Japanese communication skills are an advantage
