รายละเอียดของงาน

-Control and monitor production activities to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
-Supervise operators and production staff to ensure compliance with established standards and company regulations.
-Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements and related quality standards.
-Support customer and supplier audits.
-Prevent defects and non-conforming products within the manufacturing process.
-Continuously improve product quality and production efficiency.
-Provide technical support and assistance when production issues arise.
-Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve problems.
-Perform environmental management activities and other assigned duties.
-Train employees to ensure they can perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
-Maintain and promote 5S activities within the production department.

* Salary: 37,000 THB (Depend on Experience)

* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon – Friday (Follow Company’s calendar)
Working time/ 8:30-17:30
Meal Fee, Diligent Fee, Transportation Fee, Bonus 1.5 Month ++,
Increase salary every year, Uniform, etc.

 

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

-Thai Nationality
- Age over 35years old
- Male
-Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing, partic5larly in Automotive Parts and or Electrical Parts production.
- Good physical health and willingness to support company operations
-Strong knowledge of plastic molding defects, with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to prevent recurrence.
-Good understanding of injection molds, injection molding processes, and machine parameter adjustments to meet customer requirements.
-Ability to train and develop subordinates effectively.
-Capable of preparing and maintaining Work Instructions (WI) and Procedures.
-Knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
-Able to write and speaking in English
-Able to commute by self
