- Checking / Monitoring result of on time rate
- Hearing, Analyze and Solving the problem to member
- Guide & Lead team to ensure effective delivery of team's goals
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and source new suppliers for future products.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and space utilization.
- Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct performance evaluations of vendors and service providers.
- Accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents and present reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Comply with company regulations and policies.
- Other responsibilities as per Company assignments.
* Salary: Total 50,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:00-17:00
- Bonus 2 times/year
- Social security, Medical support, Diligence fee, free rice, position fee, provident fund, Company bus
ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Female/Male
- Age more than 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related filed or above
- Experience at least 10 years experience in the Purchasing or Procurement field.
- Knowledge of Electronic and automotive Parts will be an advantage.
- Background in supply planning Management
- Basic understanding of SAP system, MRP / ERP
- Good project management skills
- Good communicate in English both in written and oral
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in BOI, Logistics Procurement
- Strong leadership , Communication, and problem-solving skills
