Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance and Improvement
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes based on QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Support the creation, revision, and control of QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.).
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Product and Process Quality Monitoring and Enhancement
- Establish and monitor the effective operation of quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing process stability using techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Supervise the development and execution of product inspection and testing plans and analyze inspection data.
- Lead non-conformance analysis (root cause analysis) and plan/execute permanent corrective actions.
Customer and Supplier Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality claims, preparing reports, coordinating corrective actions, and managing progress.
- Support and supervise the preparation of documentation to meet customer requirements, such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Assist in supplier quality evaluation and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
Team Management and Development
- Supervise the daily activities of the QA team members (inspectors, QA engineers, etc.), providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Assist in developing and implementing training plans for team members to enhance quality awareness and professional expertise.
- Act as a delegate for the QA Manager in their absence.
* Salary: 50,000 to 70,000THB (Depend on skill)
* Others:
Working Mon.-Fri. every alternative Sat. 8:00-17:00 O.T. available
All the allowances mentioned below are inclusive in the above gross salary.
Overtime working fee, meal (B40/day), traffic (fr/to home B4.5/km), housing B1,500-/m, diligent B1,000-/m
