- Supervise Quality Assurance Processes: Oversee and guide quality control processes throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.
- Inspection & Audits: Manage the execution of incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify the root causes of defects and develop effective countermeasures.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the QA team and support team members' skill development.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for the team on new quality control methods and standards.
- Goal Setting & Evaluation: Set performance goals for the team and individuals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Defect Response: Respond promptly to defects by investigating root causes and formulating permanent corrective actions.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer complaints and feedback, and plan and implement corrective measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing quality improvement activities using the PDCA cycle.
* Salary: Total30,000THB to 35,000 THB (Depends on working experiences).

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai nationality
- Male/Female
- Over 30 years old
- Diploma up degree in any field
- Around 10 years experience in QAQC
- Have experience in Automotive industry
- Have good knowledge in ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Able to communicate in English(Read/Write)
- Positive thinking, proactive, and able to work under pressure and a tight schedule
