- Responsible for total quality management system of knit textiles production unit.
- The candidates' main KPI's will be on setting quality benchmarks for the major processes and working to continuously improve on and set new higher benchmarks.
- The Manager will work with the knitting, dying, finishing, and inspection departments to collect data and summaries the data to provide visibility, and feedback loops
- The Candidate will also create methods and new processes to improve quality for specific problem areas.
- As this will be a new department , the Candidate should be able to set-up the department from the ground up with comparatively fast results
* Salary: Negotiable (Depend on experience and skill)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time :08:00-17:00 Mon-Sat( Day off Sat 1time/month)

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female
- 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor or higher in related fields.
- Over 3 year experience in working as a Manager or Assistant Manager in Quality Management and Improvement area in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Garment, Textiles, or related lifestyle product industries will be preferable.
- Candidate should be well versed in Total Quality Management systems such as TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO 9000.
- A analytical and critical mindset is essential.
- Data Analysis skills will be a definite plus.
- English reading & writing is essential
