- Generate leads and approach Japanese and local companies
- Conduct client needs analysis and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations; handle negotiation and closing
- Manage the sales process including appointments, meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in regular project meetings and monitor project progress
- Propose improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal operations teams
- Prepare proposals and manage budget/financial aspects
- Coordinate internal processes during project launch
- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends
- Plan and propose new services

* Salary: 70,000THB（Depends on skill and experience）

* Others:
Working Day / Time：Monday - Friday　08:45 -17:45 (Weekends and Thai public holidays off)
- Incentive payments twice a year

- Male or Female
- Age 25 – 35 years old
- No educational requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in Sales (Non-degree holders must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in B2B sales in industries such as automotive, real estate, HR, IT, or advertising
- JLPT N1
- Ability to structure and analyze client issues effectively
- Able to work with a strong sense of urgency and speed
- Proactive in proposing solutions, driving improvements, and taking initiative
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fast-changing BPO and digital markets
