- Build and maintain relationships with global key accounts
- Develop and propose sales strategies, achieve and report sales targets
-Conduct regular customer visits (70–80% travel)
- Develop new business opportunities, mainly in the automotive sector
- Advise management on business opportunities and supply chain solutions
- Support quotation process and improve win-rate
- Troubleshoot customer needs and propose portfolio expansions
- Deliver high-quality customer service in line with Japanese business standards
* Salary: Total 40,000 THB – 60,000 THB (Depend on experience)

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- At least 6 years’ experience in Sales Automotive Business.
- Fluent English (oral & written); TOEIC 750
- Knowledge of automotive supply chain processes
- Proven customer/supplier collaboration experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, decisive, and able to mediate/coordinate effectively
- Continuous improvement mindset and process efficiency focus
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate others
- Confident, proactive, and open to new challenges
