Position Overview
The Dental Manager – Thailand is responsible for managing and expanding MMH's dental business in Thailand. This role focuses on business development, sales, and marketing strategy implementation while working closely with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), universities, hospitals, and private clinics. The position requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to drive sustainable growth in the Thai market.

 Key Responsibilities :

-Business Development & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Thai dental market.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion plans in Thailand.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, KOLs, universities, and hospitals to drive brand recognition.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine MMH's market approach.
• Work with MMH to develop and localize marketing strategies to fit the Thai market.
-Sales & Distributor Management
• Lead and manage distributor relationships to ensure alignment with MMH’s business objectives.
• Monitor and support distributors’ sales performance, stock management, and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve the assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
• Conduct sales training, technical workshops, and customer engagement activities to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
-Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance MMH brand awareness in Thailand.
• Collaborate with distributors to execute marketing plans, events, exhibitions, and professional education programs.
• Work closely with KOLs, dental associations, and universities to enhance MMH’s presence in academic and clinical settings.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communication materials.
-Customer Relationship & Key Account Management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, universities, hospitals, and clinics.
• Provide high-level customer service to key accounts and manage inquiries related to products and services.
• Act as the key point of contact for major stakeholders in the dental industry in Thailand.
-Reporting & Administration
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, market updates, and competitor analysis for MMH.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
• Ensure compliance with MMH’s internal processes and reporting structure.
• Participate in regional business meetings and strategy discussions as required.

* Salary: Negotiate (Depend on Skill and experience)

* Others:
Working day/time: Working time is adjusted to shift of sales agent of medical equipment, Company will take on transportation fee & gasoline fee (When visiting customers, when using cars / bikes)

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

  • Thai Nationality
  •  Male / Female
  •  Age not over 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, or related fields.
  • Experience moth than 5 years in in sales, business development, or marketing in the dental/medical device industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the dental sector in Thailand (universities, hospitals, clinics, KOLs, etc.).
  •  Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  •  Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  •  Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  •  Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  •  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
