- Lead the Direct Sales team to expand company’s IP telephony and related products/services to customer and prospects in Thailand
+ Manage and motivate sales executives for Sales and achieving targets.
+ Manage Co-ordinate with Pre-Sales to develop proposal to match with customer requirements/RFP/TOR.
+ Manage and Maintain Relationship with Customer representatives
+ Perform other sales operation
- Meet the Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Sales Target for Self and Team
- Use existing relationships to penetrate accounts for further cross/up Sell opportunities
- Work Closely with Thailand Pre-Sales and International Partners to develop and propose new solution/service for customer
- Take part in the Company’s Marketing events to promote the products and services.
50,000 THB to 65,000THB(depends on experiences) + Commission
- Working Day / time Monday - Friday / 9:00-18:00
- Social Security, Group insurance, Provident fund, Annual leave, Personal Leave, Annual health check, Increase salary
- Thai Nationality
- 30 to 40 Years old
- Male / Female
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing Management. Major with IT or Telecom will be preferred
- At least 7 years of experience of Direct Telecom Sales
- A self-starter and motivator with Excellent interpersonal, Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skill
- Experience and existing relationship with enterprise customers (Bank, Insurance, Retail etc.) would be preferred.
- Ability to use computer and basic office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to analyze market, analyze products and services, find new customer
- Dynamic yet Mature Professional with Positive Attitude
- Good Command on English (both speaking and writing)
