รายละเอียดของงาน

1. Market Development
- Expand the company's presence in Thailand manufacturing sectors, including automotive, aerospace, mold & die, and general engineering.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key industrial accounts.
- Provide interpretation and translation as needed for internal and customer communication
2. Sales and Technical Promotion
- Promote and sell cutting tools, including carbide inserts, CBN inserts, end mills, and turning tools.
- Work with technical teams to deliver solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Conduct onsite customer visits and support tool trials
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve products and services
4. Trade and Marketing Support
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events
- Support marketing campaigns and local product launches
5. Reporting and Coordination  Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with logistics, technical support, and product teams to serve customer needs effectively.

* Salary:Base 22,000 – 30,000 THB (excluding benefits and commission)

 * Others:
Working day: Mon – Fri 8.00AM -18.00PM

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

- Thai Nationality
- Female Only
- Age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of metal cutting tools, CNC machinery, or industrial components
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) – essential
- Familiarity with machining processes and an industrial customer base in Thailand
- Proficient in English communication is an advantage
- Able and willing to travel to upcountry locations as required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Driving ability with own driving license
