- Get forecast and order information from customer (Thai and oversea)
- Input order and forecast in ERP (Internal system)
- Communicate and confirm an internal requirement for delivery concern
- Contact to customer to adjust delivery
- Summary and analysis order, forecast data by comparison information
- Confirm reason for order and forecast fluctuation
- Control Japan export project (Order, Forecast, Delivery timing etc.)
- Summary shipment list to export team
- Confirm monthly stock with customer and update usage to supplier
- Confirm sales amount and input invoice data for all customer in ERP.
- Other task as assignment
* Salary: Total 22,000 THB -33,000THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
Working Time / Day: 08:00-17:00 / Mon – Fri (116 holiday/year)
Increase salary 1time/year, Bonus 1time/year, Social security,
Medical Support, Medical check, Provident fund, etc
ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Male /Female
- Age 25 - 30 years old up
- Bachelor degree in all field
- Have an experience in sales automotive part 1 years
- Control overall for information in ERP (If you have experience, it will be considered specially.)
- JLPT N3 up (Good communicate)
- Have strong ability in communication skill
- Can use MS office in advance level. Especially excel
- Good command in written and spoke English
- Always eager to learn new things
