- Responsible for controlling process of Training Yearly Plan and Controlling training jobs.
- Responsible for implementation Training Road Map for employees.
- Responsible for controlling of Yearly Employee Promotion for each level.
- Responsible for development, cooperation, and evaluation Company Core Competency.
- Responsible for implementation of the planning and develop the successors of employees in each
level.
- Responsible for teaching, monitoring, and developing subordinate for efficiency up.
- Responsible for willing support for all of company activities.
- Other jobs related that assigned by superior.
* Salary: Total 39,000 THB – 47,000 THB(Depend on experience and skill)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri / 7:50AM - 16:50PM

Toeic Score 900-990: 5,400 THB
Toeic Score 800-899: 3,6000 THB
Toeic Score 700-799: 1,800 THB

- Thai Nationality
- Male / Female
- Age 25 -40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related field.
- At least 6 years up Human resource development field.
- Have a good skill in Microsoft Office
- Have a good command in English.
