* Preparation and Disclosure of Financial Statements
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with stock exchange listing standards
- Handling audit processes in collaboration with auditing firms
- Preparing disclosure documents (quarterly and annual reports, etc.)
* Managing the IPO Preparation Process
- Developing and managing schedules and progress for IPO processes
- Coordinating with external experts such as financial institutions, securities companies, and legal advisors
- Building and improving internal systems in preparation for public listing
* Financial Management and Budget Planning
- Planning and executing financial strategies
- Developing and managing funding plans
- Creating mid- to long-term financial plans
* Risk Management and Internal Control System Development
- Establishing and strengthening internal control systems
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards, and making necessary improvements
- Building risk management frameworks
* Investor Relations and Information Disclosure
- Preparing materials for investor presentations
- Supporting investor relations (IR) activities
- Establishing a continuous information disclosure system post-listing
* Salary: 120,000 to 200,000THB (Depend on skill and experience)
* Others:
- Working Days/Hours:Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Annual leave, Sick leave, and other benefits negotiable.

- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female
- Age: 40 and above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience working at listed companies
- Experience with public stock listings (IPO)
- Fluent in English and Thai
