- Create a 5-phase APQP Master Plan (New model/Design change)
- Follow up on the progress of APQP with relevant departments to ensure compliance with the plan and summarize the Action plan document to report the progress to the supervisor
- Issue an engineering notification document to inform relevant departments about the New model activities to be carried out and coordinate until completion
- Issue a PR document for ordering machinery, other equipment/materials used for New model activities Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automobile, Mechatronics
- Control the stock of materials including managing the ERP system for New model activities
- Design a Packing standard to present to the supervisor for consideration
- Train the Production department supervisor/create a Skill matrix to provide skills that can teach the new product operation procedures to the Operator
- Support the assessment of environmental issues in the process under their responsibility
- Design the production process (Design process), prepare the Factory layout for the installation of machinery/evaluate the machinery before and after installation and contact the Maker
- Participate in solving problems that occur in the production process/improve the production process to continuously increase production efficiency
- Trial the machinery with the team and support team from the parent company Including reviewing (verified) values specified in system
- Reviewing machine specification / Setting value / Test results (Verified) for New model activities with CFT and Headquather
- Creating Machine condition documents, Machine list, Pokayoke list and document related to machines to train MT departments to have skills in controlling Machine condition values
- Creating Master sample for Confirming machines
- Design process and balance process
- Creating Engineering tools documents (Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, BOM)
- Able to support internal and external audits
- Control Initial state to be complete before sending MP process to PD
- Analyzing various problems according to Kaizen principles (FTA, Why Way, etc.,..)
- Being a Key Man in process, machines, and Program Application
* Salary: Total 25,000THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
- Working Time / Day: 08:00-17:00 / Mon – Fri (116 holiday/year)
- Increase salary 1time/year, Bonus 1time/year, Social security,

- Age 24 – 30years old
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automobile, Mechatronics
- Experience in the New Model
- Process design, Standard cost, Flow process, cycle time 1 year
- Improvement yield in process, KPI, Kaizen Activity 1 year
-Good command in English or Japanese
- Program Solid Work, Auto CAD, PLC (Mitsubishi)
- APQP, QC 7 tools, FTA Analysis 1 year
- Understand about IATF 16949, ISO 14001
