 - Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting
- Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer)
- Have familiar with enterprise network and System infrastructure
- Configuraiton maintain various network and System deivce(e.g Cisco SDWAN,Palo-alto Firewall,Window Server, WSUS,DNS)
- Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement
- Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor

* Salary: Not over 40,000 THB (depends on experience)
* Others:
Working Day / Time: Mon to Fri, 08:30-17:30 (Flexible Working Hours)
(Some Sat/ According to Company Calendar)

Certificates:
Any certificate related to list of technical skill can be prefered

Welfare:
- Transportation fee 1,200 baht / month

- Dental Treatment fee 3,000 baht/year (Additional form Social Security Fund)
- Accident Insurance
- Cafeteria welfare 5,000 baht per year
- Bonus pay on June & December. (Depend on performance and profit)

- Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht. /day
- Yearly Health Check Up

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

- Thai Nationality.
- Male or Female
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology. or related fields.
- Experience as a Technical System engineer or Solid background in System Infrastructure
- Strong Technical Experience with Window server 2022, WSUS, Reverse Proxy, AD, DNS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, Storage
- Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco switch, Prisma(Palo Alto Firewall),IPSec, SDWAN Viptela
- Good communication in English
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
