- User support (1st line investigates and troubleshooting inquires and request from customers, escalate to proper parties)
- Create an analysis document for the customer and management
- Coordinator and negotiate with all related parties (Customers, internal team, etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.
* Salary: 24,000 to 40,000THB (depend on experience)
* Working Day /Time : Depend on company calendar / 3-Shift work

- 22 to 40 Years old
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related fields
- New graduated is welcome
- Can use Japanese in business situations. (JLPT N2 Level)
- Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 700 Level)
- Have a basic IT knowledge and experience
- Able to shift work
- Experience with the service desk business field will be an advantage.
- Experience with IT business filed will be an advantage.
- Experience with Information Security business field will be an advantage.
