- Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail
- Logging and Tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases.
- Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to users, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
- Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
- Provide reports to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.
- Others assigned by supervisor and project manage.
* Salary: Not over 40,000THB  (depend on experience)
* Working Day /Time : Mon-Fri (Depend on company calendar)/ 08:30-17:30
* Allowance :
- Transportation fee 1,200 baht / month
- Provident fund
- Training & Development working skill
- Health Insurance (Include spouse and child for permanent employee)
- Dental Treatment fee (Additional form Social Security Fund)
- Accident Insurance
- Cafeteria welfare 5,000 baht per year
- Bonus pay on June & December.(Depend on performance and profit)
- Marriage Welfare, Funeral Welfare, New born Welfare
- Company trip and New Year party
- Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht. /day
- Yearly Health Check Up

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ

- Thai Nationality
- 25 to 36 Years old
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience between 3-5 years in IT field
- At least 3 years' experience in AWS System Administration.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services, working with cloud security and server virtualization technologies.
- Manage, maintain and build IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS business systems in AWS.
- AWS Architect and system operation.
- Operation system (Window client/server, Linux, VMware) administration and troubleshooting.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure and support incident with sense of urgency.
- Able to On-Site in upcountry. (Sometimes)
- Able to work in shifting and flexible schedule.
- Have certificate AWS・MCSA/MCSE (0365)(advantage)
