รายละเอียดของงาน
- Manage Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Moral in Department to effectiveness.
- Lead to daily process /analyses/action to achieve production plan
- Lead a problem solving team to find out the root cause and corrective/ preventive actions caused by logistics process failures
- Lead to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency.
- Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation, mention and coaching
- Manage the physical logistics team to effectiveness in the key task of department KPI
- Manage the activities in the physical logistics to regularly perform e.g Logistics quality of basic line walk
-Manage the logistics processes are fulfilled the requirements of safety regulations ISO9001 & ISO14001
- Ensure that work standards are taken seriously on operation site.
- Plan and develop the employee competence, upgrade knowledge
- Support tasks according to assignment from Manager
- Communicate / response to customer concern on a timely basis.
* Salary: 60,000THB (Depend on Experience)
* Others:
- Working Day / Time:
- Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:15) and on Saturday depends on calendar
- COLA 10% of base salary (Minimum 2,400 THB.)

ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ / ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Thai Nationality
- Age 40 -45 years old
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Engineering file is a plus.
- Management level minimum 5 years + related field 8 years (Total 13 years)
- Able to command in English (Must have TOEIC ≥450)
- Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
- MS Office, WMS (Warehouse Management System), Inventory control
Managerial Skill :
- Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs
- Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership
- Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability
- Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills.
Technical Skills :
- Able to formulate action plans to achieve goals in the workplace.
- Progress the action plan in the workplace and take corrective action as necessary (PDCA)
- Familiar with the Warehouse & Logistic Management systems.
- Experience in quality systems related to warehouse function.
- Imitative and project improvement.
Conceptual Skills :
- Able analytical thinking and can see the overview and relationships of the various parts of the organization.
- Able to target production Standard work goals and create standards.
- Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems.
- Able to improve and resolve issues in the workplace (labor, safety, quality, processes, etc.).
Human Skills :
- Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team.
- Must have good communication skills that can motivate, build a good relationship in the team, convince the team to work for acheive target.
Professional attitude :
